This is the day that you have been waiting for.

The careful planning, all the excitement, all the celebrations, the ceremony...

Getting married in Australia and Marriage Equality

  • Attend to all legal requirements of marriage - this includes lodgment of all signed legal documents with Births Deaths and Marriages Registry
  • Meet with you both on two or three occasions.  The initial meeting will include the signing of the Notice of Intended Marriage, to learn more about you both and the style of wedding you are thinking about.  It’s also a great time for you both to think about what would make the ceremony uniquely yours
  • A ceremony is then created by me for your valued input and discussion
  • A week or so prior to the wedding, we meet to finalise all legal paperwork, ceremony details and venue or site facilities.  Depending on timing and availability, we could have this meeting at the location to briefly oversee the plans for the wedding
  • On the Wedding Day I will arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure all is in place for your wedding ceremony.    I will also provide a suitable PA system which includes two speakers and a cordless microphone for guest speakers
  • Meet with the bridal parties on their arrival and ensure all is set for their entrance
  • Oversee the ceremony with happiness warmth, feeling, and spirituality
  • Present you with your Marriage Certificate and momento of your Wedding Ceremony
  • Lodge all final legal paperwork with Births Deaths and Marriages Registry
